The 4th EACMS intends to capitalize on the gains and lessons from the previous summits and focuses on the theme of "Sustainable Cement and Minerals Investments in East Africa." Conference on Human Capital Development in Africa
A platform designed by The i-Capital Africa Institute to shape the future by fostering collaboration, developing labor market strategies, proposing policies, and identifying solutions. The 2nd CHCDA conference, "The Future of Jobs, Employability & Skills in Africa," will be held in Addis Ababa in 2023, with objectives to stimulate dialogue on future-oriented youth skill development for future jobs, promote cooperation between public and private sectors, share best practices, promote youth employability, national and regional integration, and promote critical policy issues.
