Conference on Human Capital Development in Africa

A platform designed by The i-Capital Africa Institute to shape the future by fostering collaboration, developing labor market strategies, proposing policies, and identifying solutions. The 2nd CHCDA conference, "The Future of Jobs, Employability & Skills in Africa," will be held in Addis Ababa in 2023, with objectives to stimulate dialogue on future-oriented youth skill development for future jobs, promote cooperation between public and private sectors, share best practices, promote youth employability, national and regional integration, and promote critical policy issues.
